Why are our Log Stores more expensive than mail-order, flat-packed stores?

Simple; they are a lot better. Made from thicker, stronger timber, sourced from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved forests managed in a sustainable way. Designed by us. Built by hand, with care and attention to detail and delivered and assembled for you in your garden. Our log stores have proper, waterproof roofs made from construction grade roofing material.  Our log stores take time to build because we do it properly. Each store is first fully built and then unbolted for your delivery. This makes sure that it will all fit together prefectly when we install it. If you have a problem with our log store, we will sort it out.

Many mail order, flat-packed stores are made from thin, flimsy, poorly finished timber. Roofs are often made from thin, overlapping boards which are porous. They are often delivered with poor instructions or no instructions and missing fixings. Customer after care is often non-existent. The seller blames the delivery carrier, the carrier is "just here to deliver it".

There are reputable companies making flat-packed log stores for pallet delivery, but you will find they are are the more expensive ones. The reason is simple; you get what you pay for.
